Service Description

Start the week with an energetic on court runaround. You choose the level of intensity to work at but motivation will be provided in abundance! Cardio Tennis is a fun group class for all ages and abilities. It offers great music, cardio, and a chance to hit lots of tennis balls while building skills and working up a sweat. Tennis is a great exercise for aerobic fitness and working muscles across your body. What is a typical Cardio Tennis class like? Each class is an hour long, with a short warm-up, a 40-minute full body workout, and a cool down, every class follows the phases below: Warm up Some dynamic stretching, skills and drills to get your body warm and mind sharp, ready for the workout to begin! Aerobics Here’s your chance to hit loads of shots - forehands, backhands, serves, you name it - all mixed with a variety of fitness activities. Tennis Put your shots into practice with fun tennis games. Cool down Now it’s time to recover and stretch. Do I need to be fit? No! Cardio Tennis is for anyone who wants to have fun getting fit.
